A 12-YEAR-OLD boy has become one of the world’s youngest tattoo artists. Six months ago Ezrah Dormon, began his journey by inking a small rose on his mum’s arm under the watchful eye of his tattoo mentor Ali Garcia.
Now Ezrah, from Panama City, Panama, is honing his craft at Honolulu Tattoo - conveniently set up inside the family’s home - under the tutelage of his mentor.
