This was a fun logo... A new design for a new business: @bennys.lab - Sport Science & Coaching. Benny briefed me in on his logo saying he would like to try and incorporate a Cockatoo into his primary logo with sleeked back mullet hair and speedster sunnies. Need he say more, I was excited to make a start on this one.
I had an idea to have an upside-down Cockatoo like it was hanging, and while I was sketching/researching hanging Cockatoo's... I came across this quote "In fact, an upside-down bird can be a good sign. A bird that feels comfortable enough to assume this vulnerable stance (hanging upside down) is almost certainly a bird that is happy, healthy, and secure in the home."... This coincides so well with Benny and his business of Sport Science & Coaching.
